FREE Discovery Day

Following the huge success of our September open day, due to popular demand we will open our doors to the public once again! Come along and discover various therapeutic techniques, such as Reiki, Hypnotherapy, Yoga, and Counselling. Learn all about Aesthetics, Ear health, Osteopathology and many other therapies.  Various interactive demonstrations, including Hypnosis, Cair Yoga, and emergency First-Aid.  Help yourself to free beverages in a calm and relaxing space!  Children and well behaved pets are very welcome. I guarantee you will leave feeling all the better for your visit!

Admission is absolutely free, tea coffee and cakes are absolutely free, taster experiences and demonstrations are absolutely free - no obligations at all, simply sit and observe or just enjoy a brew in our lovely relaxing space.
