Payment for each appointment becomes due in full, at the time of booking.

Due to room hire policy, the following important information applies:
​
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before an appointment may be refunded or rescheduled.
​
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment cannot be refunded; another appointment may be made for you, at an additional charge.
​
Cash payments may be acceptable subject to prior arrangement, however payment is deemed due at time of booking, and subject to the cancellation policy, as stated above. Missed appointments, or cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment, must still be paid, by no later than the appointment date, by bank transfer. Another appointment may be made for you, at an additional charge.

It is in your interest to arrive promptly for appointments, to make the most of the time alloted.

It is suggested that you wear loose or comfortable clothing to your appointments.
​
If you have any special requests or needs, such as wheelchair access, please advise when booking.
